  • The Common Incentive Model motivates cooperation and increases your project success rate.

    SEC shares cost overruns if the project exceeds the budget or the project takes longer than expected, with agreed limits set in the contract.
    If the project delivery is late, SEC is financially penalised. When project delivery is early, SEC is rewarded wit a financial bonus.  

    SEC is also responsible if the project doesn’t meet production or efficiency targets, and financial penalties are applied. Conversely, SEC rewarded with a financial bonus when these targets are exceeded.

    Microsoft Business Central (“BC”) ERP System with a Progressus Project control module add-on Set up in accordance with the PCC WBS and CBS structure
